A sizeable and successful business support services group, working in a regulated sector, who are searching for an accomplished CFO to join the Board of Director. Working closely with the Group CEO, responsibility for developing and implementing the financial strategy for the business, and leading a large function to deliver excellence across the business support functions.

Description

Board Level CFO opportunity, with wide executive responsibilities within the group. Leading a management team team, and a broad finance and strategy responsibility across FP&A, Commercial, compliance, technical accounting, finance transformation, process improvement, regulatory frameworks, audit and governance.

Profile

Candidates must have a proven track record in a similar role, be a professionally qualified accountant with the post-qualification experience in a director or board level finance role most recently. UK regulated experience, FCA, OFWAT, OFCOM would be beneficial. Experience of driving and leading large teams to success, and the ability to influence and operate at board level within a sizeable business environment is essential.
