STOIX is partnering with a £100 million revenue, Private Equity (PE) backed technology company seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial operations, leading a talented team and playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business.

About the Role:
Leading and supervising all financial functions, including financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal controls.
Developing and driving strategic financial plans aligned with ambitious growth objectives.
Providing insightful financial analysis and guidance to support senior management decision-making.
Managing financial risk through effective cash flow management and capital allocation strategies.
Spearheading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity to fuel further growth.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions.

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth technology company with a minimum of £100 million in revenue.
You must have multiple years of experience working for a Private Equity-backed business and have a track record of successful exits.
Strong understanding of M&A transactions and a successful track record in deal execution.
Experience in securing debt financing and managing investor relations.
Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate financials into actionable business plans.
Leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A competitive salary, ranging from £200k - £225k basic salary + 50% on target bonus + equity options and additional benefits package.
