Position Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will spearhead marketing strategies to reach both businesses and consumers, ensuring the brand remains a leader in the cyber security sector. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with their diverse audience. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and a passion for driving growth through innovative marketing approaches.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans targeting both B2B and B2C segments, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Lead a skilled marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment for creativity and excellence in execution.
Utilise market research and data analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the cyber security industry.
Oversee the creation of engaging content, tailored for B2B and B2C audiences, across various channels including digital, social media, and events.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and revenue targets.
Measure and analyse marketing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to achieve KPIs and drive growth.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain our market leadership position.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing - Desirable
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the cyber security industry.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Deep understanding of cyber security products, services, and market dynamics.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decision-making.
Remote work experience and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
