Our clients team is growing! They compete in GB3 & British F4, develop top-tier talent, and have a clear goal: challenge at the front. Now they need a Chief Mechanic to lead the mechanical side of their GB3 programme.

?? Location: Northamptonshire (travel to UK & European circuits)
?? Contract: Full-time

Your role in the fast lane:
?? Lead build, prep & maintenance of GB3 cars to championship-winning standards
? Take charge of garage operations on race & test weekends
?? Lead, motivate & mentor a high-performing mechanic team
?? Work with engineers to turn data & driver feedback into performance gains
?? Keep their workshop, spares, and pit equipment race-ready

What you’ll bring:
? Proven No.1 or Chief Mechanic experience in single-seaters (GB3, F4 or similar)
? Deep technical knowledge & setup expertise
? Leadership, organisation & calmness under pressure
? Full UK driving licence
