Job DescriptionWe are delighted to be working with an incredible exciting company who are leading the way building ground-breaking foundational AI models to detect security threats inside software. The companies mission is to build AI for understanding the contents and behaviour of software, without having access to the source code. Our product assists customers in binary reverse engineering, malware analysis, malware detection, exploit generation, software supply chain security, and vulnerability research.Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire an operational Chief of Staff to join a rapidly growing AI and cyber security start-up based in the heart of London. Your roles and responsibilities will include: Serve as the right hand to the Founder and CEO. Drive the implementation and delivery of company OKRs.Implement strategic goals and oversee daily business operations.Lead core business processes for hiring initial team members, onboarding, communications, and public relations.Liaise with existing defence and commercial partners, defence primes, and wider stakeholders.Bid writing and tender for contracts, partnerships, and grant applications.Lead the business through UK public sector defence frameworks. (Familiarity with frameworks such as G-Cloud, CSS3, DIPS, DOS6, TePAS2, Tech Services 3, etc. a plus)Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced startup. Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships. Fantastic written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and hard-working Proactive problem solver. Comfortable working in an ambiguous space. Defence sector experience is a plus but not required.
