The Company

We are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding hospitality group. A great success story since their inception a few years ago, they now have a global reach and ambitious growth plans. To lead this continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced COO.

The Role

Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, this role will lead day-to-day operations across equity and franchise owned businesses, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. The COO will develop and execute operational strategies aligned with aggressive growth targets whilst leading high-performing operational teams. The role will drive process improvement, supply chain optimisation, and unit-level profitability and partner with stakeholders throughout the group.

The Person

A newly created opportunity for this rapidly growing group, our client is keen to attract a commercially focussed senior operator with a strong track record of driving scalable growth, operational excellence and team performance in the QSR or F&B industry. With exposure to both equity and franchise operations, the successful candidate will have a track record of scaling operations both in the UK and internationally.
