We're helping a leading player in the UAE construction and landscaping sector find a dynamic Chief Quantity Surveyor to spearhead their commercial function across multiple high-value developments in Dubai.

This isn't just another QS role it's a leadership opportunity with real influence. You'll report directly to senior leadership, manage a skilled team of 10-15 Quantity Surveyors, and take full ownership of the commercial success of £60m+ worth of live projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing QS team.
• Managing tenders, contracts, cost plans, claims, and risk assessments across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborating with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Reporting directly to the GM/Operations Director, contributing to wider business strategy.

What We're Looking For:

• 20+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, including 10+ years in a leadership role.
• A degree in Civil Engineering; MRICS status preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, high-value projects - construction or landscaping experience a bonus.
• Strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and confidence managing client relationships.
• Open to candidates in the UK, Ireland, or currently based in the UAE.
