Fruition IT are recruiting a Chief Technology Officer on behalf of a not for profit charity organisation based in Leeds.

What will I be doing?
Reporting to the CEO
Executing a 5 years digital transformation strategy
Leading technology functions -Software Engineering, Product, Infrastructure & Operations, Information Security & Data.
Providing leadership, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Driving significant change and transformation
Working with stakeholders across the business at all levels & build strong relationships
Working closely with commercial teams & strategy teams to ensure effective control, aligned to technical development & efficient governance.
Staying ahead of technology trends and making recommendations to the business
Leading and supporting learning & development in the team, team management, overseeing recruitment and onboarding.

What do I need?
Experience working in a technology leadership role across multiple technology functions
Highly motivated, compassionate leadership & people management
Experience taking responsibility for & delivering a technical strategy
Delivering transformational change
Experience working board level stakeholders
Excellent communications skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience of taking a team on a journey, promoting a culture of learning & development, innovation, collaboration & continuous improvement
