Chief Technology Officer (VP of)

Demo Co.inen is seeking a dynamic and innovative Chief Technology Officer to lead and enhance our company’s technological infrastructure. As the VP of Technology, you will be responsible for driving technology strategy, setting and achieving goals, and leading a team of talented professionals to ensure our company’s technology capabilities support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement technology vision and strategy for Demo Co.inen, aligning it with our business objectives and long-term goals

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

- Oversee all aspects of the company’s technology operations, including infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and IT support

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and enhance company performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize systems, and implement efficiency measures

- Manage technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting all quality standards

- Develop and manage technology budgets, track expenses, and make strategic recommendations for investments in hardware, software, and training

- Nurture partnerships with key technology vendors and service providers, ensuring Demo Co.inen stays at the forefront of technological advancements

- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends, and proactively make recommendations to improve processes and systems accordingly

- Remain compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to technology and data privacy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, with at least 5 years in a CTO or VP of Technology role

- Proven track record of leading technology teams and driving successful technology initiatives

- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to align technology objectives with business goals

- Experience in managing complex, enterprise-level technology systems and architectures

- Solid understanding of software development and project management methodologies

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
