Main Duties...

• Welcome, greet and meet members and guests with a professional but warm and friendly manner


• Interact and engage with all children


• Ensure the environment is safe for all children, parents and colleagues


• Provide a happy, stimulating environment for all children


• Ensure the cleanliness of Teeny Barn is kept to standard at all times


• Keep children entertained through various activities


• Meet all children’s personal needs including nappy changing and toileting at all times


• Report back any safeguarding or illness concerns you have to the management team

What we are looking for in a Teeny Assistant...

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare


• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues


• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy


• Sense of urgency


• Yes, yes, yes mentality


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

• 
  
  Working 1 whole weekend a month - 13.75 hours per month
