Childcare legal assistant

Childcare Legal Assistant Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a legal assistants to join a busy but welcoming local authority legal team (based in the South West of England) on an interim basis with scope for the role to move onto a permanent contract.

Based within the childcare team, this role would see the successful applicants provide administrative and legal support to the lawyers within the team.

Duties would include: Drafting basic applications Responding to emails in the shared inbox Responding to incoming queries Redaction Preparing bundles Liaising with the courts and counsel Preparing witness statements Liaising with third party experts This is a full time, hybrid working role with requirement to attend the office as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a law graduate or administrator to step up into a legal assistant role as training and support will be provided.
