Childcare Solicitor – Hybrid Working Opportunity

Are you an experienced Childcare Solicitor looking for a new challenge? This is a great opportunity for a Childcare Solicitor to bring their current skills and knowledge to a collaborative and professional team.

As the successful Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as:

• Dealing with a mix of Public Law Family matters including Childcare matters, child protection and special guardianship
• Communicating with client, opponents and Courts to progress files
• Comply with internal and external business requirements including ISO:9001 quality control, SRA Principles/Code of Conduct and Court & Tribunal deadlines
• Contributing to business development including training events, articles/newsletters, Chambers & Legal 500 submissions etc
• Attending Court hearings

What are we looking for?

• Childcare Solicitor with ideally 2 years PQE or equivalent experience
• A keen interest in Public Law and Childcare matters
• Previous experience in Childcare matters
• Childcare Solicitor with a proven experience of handling own caseload and managing deadlines
• A keen interest in long term development and progression in the department
