Additionally, the successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will play a key role in the continued growth of the team and build and maintain client relationships.

Accredited by Lexcel and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the firm has received recognition for their expertise and practice management. They are now seeking a Childcare Lawyer on a permanent basis.

Childcare Solicitor duties to include:

• Advising parents and children
• Childcare proceedings
• Special guardianship orders
• Adoption
• Child protection cases
• Attending pre-proceeding meetings
• Representation at contested final hearings
• Building client relationships
• Participating in business development activities

Qualifications and Experience for this Childcare Solicitor role:

• Qualified solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
• Technically proficient in childcare matters
• Membership of the Law Society’s Children Panel is a pre-requisite
• Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
• IT literate with expertise in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Proclaim is desirable
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
• Has an aptitude for business development
