Childcare Solicitor – Telford

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Childcare Solicitor to join our well-established and highly regarded client, with offices across Shropshire.

This role is based in its Telford office and applications are welcome from both full-time and part-time candidates.

The Role:

You will manage your own caseload from day one, covering a broad range of childcare law, including:

• Care proceedings (applications for Care Orders and Supervision Orders)
• Private law proceedings (Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issues Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders)
• Special Guardianship Order applications
• Placement and Adoption Order applications
• Discharge of Care and Placement Orders
• Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
