Job Description - Childcare Team Member - Bristol

The Childcare Team Member provides support to other ministries of Faith Promise Church by providing care for kids ranging in age from 6 weeks to 5th grade. The successful Childcare Team Member connects intentionally with the kids in their care, prioritizes safety in all areas, elevates the family and strives to make the child’s experience personal and engaging.

Opportunities to work include but are not limited to:

Weeknights after 5:00pm

Sundays for Next Steps

Special Events

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following items:

Know and uphold all Policies and Procedures as it relates to fpKIDS

Know and implement lesson plans and curriculum as defined for each event

Proactively communicates available hours to work each month

Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

All successful candidates must complete and pass a background check.
