£31,000 – £32,000 per year | 1 on, 2 off rota

We’re working with an established children’s residential provider across Blackpool and the Fylde area, who are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team.

This could be a great opportunity for an experienced CRSW who has the skills, confidence and experience to step into a leadership role, even if your current job title isn’t Team Leader.

The role

You’ll be working alongside the management team to help ensure the home provides a safe, consistent and positive environment for the children and young people.

You’ll be responsible for leading shifts, supporting staff and making sure the home continues to provide a high standard of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting the team during shifts

*

Acting as a positive role model for staff and young people

*

Supporting the day-to-day running of the home

*

Building positive relationships with children and young people

*

Supporting staff with their development and practice

*

Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care

*

Working alongside the management team

*

Completing relevant care records and documentation

*

Helping create a stable and nurturing environment for the young people

Who are we looking for?

We want to hear from experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers who are ready to take that next step.

You may already be an experienced Team Leader, or you could be an established CRSW who feels ready for more responsibility.

You’ll need:

Level 4 NVQ/Diploma or relevant qualification

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong experience within children’s residential care

*

Confidence supporting and leading other staff

*

A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people

*

The ability to work a 1 on, 2 off rota
