Pay: £12.75–£14.50+ per hour

The Role

As an Agency Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will support children and young people in residential care settings by:

Providing safe, caring and child-centred support

*

Building positive and professional relationships

*

Supporting daily routines, activities and independence

*

Acting as a positive and reliable role model

*

Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and risk assessments

*

Working closely with residential care teams

*

Maintaining clear and accurate records

Requirements

To apply, you must:

Have at least 1 year’s experience working in a children’s residential home

*

Have full-time right to work in the UK

*

Be caring, reliable, resilient and passionate about supporting children and young people

*

Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child-centred care

NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People’s Residential Care is preferred.

A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
