🌈 What You’ll Do
No two days are ever the same. As a Children’s Support Worker, you will:

• Deliver trauma-informed care to ensure young people feel safe and supported
• Build strong, positive, and trusting relationships
• Encourage healthy routines and develop essential life skills
• Support education, prepare meals, and attend appointments
• Advocate for young people, ensuring their voices are heard and valued
• Transport young people to activities or appointments using your own vehicle
• Help them move forward with confidence, stability, and hope

🌟 What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
✔ Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
✔ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (agency role)
✔ An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one

A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable but not essential—comprehensive training will be provided.
