Children, Young People Intervention Worker

Experienced Children and families  Intervention worker required  for Sheffield Multi- agency Support Teams covering the city.
Case holding working from referrals you will be work within  the local community with key partners , supporting families including those with a range of needs and empowering them to make sustainable change.
Co-coordinating packages of support for families often taking on role as key worker, You will deliver proven evidenced based interventions,  have a commitment to whole family, solution focused, integrated working in achieving the best outcomes for Children, Young people and their families.
The post is full time, car driver preferable but not essential
