Contract: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Welcome Bonus: £5,000
Annual Bonus: Up to 21% of salary

Lead with Purpose in Our 3-Bed EBD Children’s Home We’re looking for a compassionate, results-driven individual to lead a dedicated care team at our 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s home in Wisbech. This is your opportunity to make a real difference to young lives while building a rewarding leadership career with a leading provider of education and care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading a stable and committed team to deliver outstanding therapeutic care
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and child-centred home environment
Driving continuous improvement and delivering strong outcomes for young people
Overseeing staffing, care planning, supervision, and performance
Managing budgets and financial performance of the home
Embedding safeguarding and compliance in everyday practice
Acting as a visible leader and role model for staff and residents

What You’ll Need:

3+ years’ experience in a senior role within a residential children’s care setting
Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong working knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, care standards, and safeguarding
A hands-on leadership style, with compassion and accountability at its core
Full UK driving licence and the ability to participate in on-call duties
