Location: Tadworth, Surrey
Salary: £47,500 - £55,000

Reed Education are currently supporting a large client with their recruitment for a Children's Home Registered Manager. As they continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their children’s homes and help shape brighter futures.

What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team of care professionals.
• Create a warm, therapeutic environment where children feel safe and supported.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
• Work closely with psychologists, educators, and support services to deliver holistic care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential childcare.
• At least 2 years’ experience managing and supervising staff.
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• A track record of "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings.
