We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join a therapeutic Children's Residential Home, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

* Provide high-quality, child-centred care and support.

* Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.

* Support children to achieve positive outcomes in education, independence and daily living.

* Complete accurate records, reports and care documentation.

* Promote safeguarding, health and wellbeing at all times.

* Work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home environment.

* Participate in sleep-in shifts on a rota basis.

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential).

* Previous experience working within a Children's Residential Home.

* Sound knowledge of safeguarding and children's legislation.

* Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
