Registered Manager
Permanent | Start date – August (handover period available through September) Salary £45,000–£55,000 + Bonus Structure Hybrid flexibility available

You will be reporting directly into a highly experienced Responsible Individual and working closely with an engaged owner who is passionate about quality care. With an established, stable staff team and a clear succession plan in place, this is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring or experienced Registered Manager to make their mark.
This Registered Manager opportunity offers a strong salary, a rewarding bonus structure tied to inspection outcomes, and the chance to lead a settled home supporting young people with EBD and complex needs. With one home already achieving a Good rating and another on track, you’ll be joining at an exciting stage of progression and development.
Your role as a Registered Manager:
• Lead, inspire and develop a stable staff team within a solo provision setting • Drive Ofsted compliance and quality standards, working towards Good and Outstanding outcomes • Take full ownership of day-to-day operations and safeguarding practices • Build positive relationships with young people, stakeholders, and internal leadership • Support team development and succession planning, including Deputies stepping up
Your experience as a Registered Manager:
• Level 5 qualification and ability to meet Ofsted registration criteria • Experience as a Deputy Manager ready to step up or an existing Registered Manager • Strong knowledge of EBD and complex care environments • Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively • Confident in inspection readiness and regulatory frameworks
You will benefit from a bonus of £500 for a Good inspection outcome and £1,000 for Outstanding, alongside the opportunity to grow within an organisation planning further expansion. The incoming Registered Manager will also benefit from a structured handover, ensuring you are set up for success from day one.
