Competitive salary: £28,265 – £29,674 (plus sleep-in payments adding approx. £4,000 per year)

Hours – Full time plus Sleep In’s 1-2 per week

Your Role in Their Story

As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you’ll be more than just a caregiver—you’ll be a mentor, a role model, and a source of hope. You'll:

• Support children in their daily routines, helping them feel secure and valued.
• Get involved in activities—arts and crafts, gaming, swimming, cooking, and more!
• Help build a real home, fostering strong and healthy relationships.
• Provide emotional and practical support, encouraging independence and resilience.
• Be part of their journey, guiding them toward foster placement or family reunification.
