Pay: £14.58 to £17.50 per hour

Shifts: Part -time and full -time available. Regular and long term bookings are available for experienced and reliable staff.

Your role as a Residential Support Worker

You will work within a children’s residential setting, providing day to day care, emotional support,
and positive role modelling. Your role will include:

• Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
  
• Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence.
  
• Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way.
  
• Being a calm and reliable presence during both good and challenging days.
  

What we are looking for

• At least six months of full -time care experience within the last three years.
  
• A minimum of three months’ experience working with children or young people within the last three years.
  
• The right to work in the UK.
  
• A caring, resilient, and team -focused approach.
