to work within children’s residential services in Elgin.

Your role as a Residential Support Worker

You will work within a children’s residential setting, providing day -to -day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling. Your role will include:

• 
  Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people
  


• 
  Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence
  


• 
  Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way
  


• 
  Being a calm, reliable presence during both good and challenging days
  

What we are looking for

• 
  At least 6 months of full -time care experience within the last 3 years
  


• 
  A minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people within the last 3 years
  


• 
  The right to work in the UK
  


• 
  A caring, resilient, and team -focused approach
