Salary: £30,272.20 to £34,275 (sleep allowance included)

Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Support Worker based in Worcestershire, your daily duties will include:
* Delivering tailored therapeutic care and emotional support to children and young people in line with sector requirements such as Ofsted and CIW standards
* Acting as a positive role model to foster independence and life skills through engaging activities and support
* Organising and supporting fun and developmental activities like theme parks, fishing, football, and hiking to encourage holistic growth
* Building trusting relationships with children by providing consistent, nurturing support to help them reach their full potential
* Supporting children through challenging situations while maintaining a focus on safeguarding and sector-specific care standards
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Residential Support Worker, you will need:
* A caring, flexible, and resilient nature with excellent communication skills
* Experience in a caring, support, or similar role is desirable but not essential
* A full UK Driving Licence is required to support flexible working arrangements
* Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins, within a regulated care environment
* Knowledge of regulatory standards such as Ofsted or CIW and safeguarding protocols
