Pay: £29,064.00- £30,102.00
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire (SY12)
Contract: 173 hours per month, averaging 40 hours per week.
*Applicants must hold a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and
possess a full, valid UK driving licence.

About the role
Unique Care Group are looking for a compassionate, reliable and dedicated Children’s
Residential Support Worker to join our growing team in Shrewsbury.

You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young
people with autism, SEND, learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them feel
safe, develop their independence and live happy, fulfilling lives.
