P&S are recruiting caring, enthusiastic and reliable Children's Support Workers to support looked after children and young people across services in the Cambridge and surrounding areas.

This is a rewarding opportunity to build positive relationships, provide emotional and practical support, encourage independence and help young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Whether you have previous experience in children's residential care or transferable experience from another support setting, we would love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

* A caring, patient and positive approach.

* Experience supporting children or young people (desirable).

* Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.

* Flexibility to travel between different sites across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Essential Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS check required.

* Right to work in the UK (P&S are unable to offer visa sponsorship).
