Location: Leicester

Salary: £23,800 - £27,000 OTE (Including Sleeps)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of young individuals.
• Provide physical, emotional, and cultural support to children.
• Contribute to the normal development of young people through healthy lifestyle promotion.
• Assist with daily routines, including cooking and cleaning.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative duties as required.
• Flexibility in working hours, including sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year's referenceable experience working with children and young people.
