Children's Social Worker - Aspire

• Annual Salary: £32,654 - £42,708 per annum, plus a 15% market supplement paid monthly.

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Aspire Team in Middlesbrough, focusing on supporting and safeguarding vulnerable young people. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using a whole family approach to help families keep young people at home, support them in overcoming trauma, and break free from crime to reach their full potential.

• Engage in creative assessment and planning with young people and their families.
• Understand the complexities and risks faced by vulnerable young people.
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a specialist offer of support.
• Utilise group mentoring and clinical supervision to support both the professional and the children under their care.
• Be resilient in a demanding role that will challenge your thinking and push your creativity to transform children’s lives.

• Qualified Social Worker with a passion for helping vulnerable young people.
