Up to £45 per hour | 37 hours per week

Caritas Recruitment is supporting North Somerset Council with the recruitment of 5 experienced Children's Social Workers to join their Child Protection Services.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified and experienced safeguarding practitioners looking to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families within a supportive local authority setting.

Location: Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset
Pay Rate: £40 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Office Requirement: Minimum 2 days per week in the office
Visits: All statutory visits must be completed face-to-faceAbout You

To be considered, you will need:

Social Work England registration
Experience within Children's Social Care
Strong safeguarding and child protection experience
Ability to manage a complex caseload and complete statutory work to a high standard
Excellent assessment, report writing, and court work skills
Commitment to delivering positive outcomes for children and familiesIf you are an experienced Children's Social Worker with a strong background in safeguarding and child protection, we would love to hear from you.
