NonStop Social Care is currently working with a highly regarded Residential children's service in Pevensey. I am looking for a children's therapeutic home manager to to oversee the daily operations of a 3 Bed therapeutic children's residential home.

This home is a new service, someone with experience in managing residential homes is mandatory. It would be really good for the RM to have a specific interest in therapeutic led care. This is the main ethos and the home will have a highly therapeutic approach.

Responsibilities

The children's therapeutic home manager will oversee the daily operations of 3 bed therapeutic children's residential home. This is a new service. The successful candidate has strong leadership qualities, along with the commitment to creating a supportive atmosphere for both children and staff. This role is crucial in ensuring that all residents have access to high-quality care services, are safeguarded, and their individual needs are met effectively.

- you are a Children's Registered Home Manager living in East Sussex (near Eastbourne).

- you have Level 5 in Leadership and Management and over 3-5 years of experience in children's residential homes - this is preferred
