As a Chilled Production Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our chilled production teams, ensuring that we meet our production targets while maintaining our high standards of safety and quality. You will play a key role in leading and motivating your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the chilled production team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor production activities and performance metrics to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Train, mentor, and support team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting skill development.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules and resolve any operational issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance to management, identifying areas for improvement.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and management.
