Chocolate Factory Cleaner

Our Client is an independent, leading confectionery based in Hertfordshire who is proud of our creative approach and outstanding quality products. They are looking to grow our small but passionate team.

Our client is currently looking for someone who is meticulous about cleanliness and hygiene to support us maintain our environs and the standards within our SALSA accredited factory.

With a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to record keeping, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of both our factory areas and offices.

This role would be ideal for someone looking for a little flexibility. Working between 15-20 hours per week, Mon-Fri, schedule negotiable.

Job Description:

Cleaner:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the production & packing areas

Track and replenish consumables as required

Follow a cleaning schedule and manage time accordingly

Undertake deep cleaning tasks on a rotational basis

Ensure records are kept accurately supporting our SALSA accreditation

Person Specifications:

Knowledge and understanding of food environments and standards are advantageous, as is previous employment within a food premises

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time

Attention to detail

Self-motivated

Team worker

Record keeping

High Standards of health, hygiene, and cleanliness

Good Standard of English

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
