Join a fantastic charity that runs a busy chocolate studio just outside Knaresborough. They provide over 160 work placement sessions a month for young people, helping them build confidence, independence, and workplace skills. Many of the team—including permanent staff—are on the autism spectrum, creating a supportive, inclusive environment.
You'll be part of the commercial chocolatier team, making delicious chocolates for local shops, businesses, and seasonal events. It’s a fast-paced, creative, and hands-on role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Piping chocolate into moulds with precision
• Adding tasty fillings
• Packing and quality-checking finished products
• Maintaining hygiene standards
• Working alongside a diverse, supportive team
• Helping hit production goals while supporting others to learn

What We’re Looking For:

• A love of baking, chocolate making, or decorating cakes (professional or hobbyist!)
• Awareness of Autism or willingness to learn
• Great teamwork and communication
• Strong attention to detail
• A full driving licence
• Experience in catering, kitchens, or food production is a bonus
