Description
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Identify and address areas for process improvement within the engineering and manufacturing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of improvement projects. Provide guidance and training to team members on continuous improvement methodologies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further enhancements. Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during all improvement activities. Report progress and outcomes of improvement projects to senior management.Profile
A successful CI Engineer should have:
Proven experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector, specifically within engineering and manufacturing. Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques. Ability to lead and manage improvement projects effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
