Networkology is on the lookout for a Cisco Engineer to support a high-profile, secure environment. As we expand into 2025, we’re building out a strong, hands-on technical team to deliver excellence across Networking, Security, Unified Collaboration, and Data Centre (DC) technologies.

If you're DV-cleared, Cisco-certified, and ready to get stuck into exciting technical work in a secure and collaborative environment — we want to hear from you.

? Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams

? Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions

? Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks

? Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks

? Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team

? Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records

? DV Clearance – Essential

? Cisco CCNA or CCNP – Strongly preferred

?? Experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Networking

• Security

• Unified Collaboration

• Data Centre (DC)

?? Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

?? A methodical and proactive approach to solving complex technical problems

?? Confidence in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
