What experience will you need for this role? To be successful, you will need at least one years’ experience working within a trade mark support role. You will also need to be self-sufficient and confident in working alongside clients and liaising with IPOs. It’s essential to be CITMA qualified to apply for this opportunity.

Outline of duties:

• Preparing and filing trade mark applications.
• Acknowledging client instructions.
• Obtaining the relevant information from clients, in order to prepare the relevant documents.
• Inbox management.
• Effectively managing a high case load.
• Ensuring IP management systems are kept up-to-date with the newest case information.
