Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire (with travel to other offices as required)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.15pm | 36.25 hours per week)

Join a forward-thinking, dynamic Top 200 law firm with offices across Lincolnshire. As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking a skilled and proactive Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join an established Personal and Business Dispute Resolution Team in Lincoln.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to individuals and businesses. Areas of work include:

• Commercial and Residential Landlord & Tenant disputes
• Consumer law claims
• Boundary disputes
• Contentious probate matters

You’ll also play a key role in business development, working with our marketing team to promote the department and enhance the firm’s reputation.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in civil litigation
• Confident, structured and proactive approach to case management
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Commercially aware with a proven ability to convert enquiries into instructions
• Willingness to travel between offices as needed
