Civil & Reinstatement Operative – Coventry**

**NRSWA Mandatory | Self-Employed CIS Subcontractors**

**Location:** Coventry and surrounding areas
**Pay:** £180–£220 gross per authorised working day
**Contract:** 6-month initial contract, with possible extension
**Engagement:** Self-employed CIS subcontractor
**Start:** Immediate, subject to interview, verification, training and onboarding

Bluegrid Technology Ltd, trading as Bluegrid Utilities, is recruiting 10–20 experienced self-employed CIS subcontractors for water-meter installation, digging and reinstatement work in Coventry and surrounding areas.

**The role includes: **

* Water-meter installation

* Digging and groundworks

* Backfilling and compaction

* Road, pavement and driveway reinstatement

* Working safely around underground services

* Completing site photos and records

**NRSWA Five-Day Operative Training is mandatory before operational onboarding. **

Existing valid NRSWA certification may be accepted subject to verification.

Applicants must have relevant practical experience, be genuinely self-employed, have or be able to verify CIS/UTR status, have the right to work in the UK, and be physically capable of regular digging and manual work.

This is not a PAYE role and is not suitable for inexperienced or trainee applicants.
