However, this is a guideline-applications from all experience levels are welcome. About the Opportunity We're working with a highly regarded SME Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy that consistently delivers projects on par with major industry players. Despite their size, they take on large, complex infrastructure schemes across the residential, retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, sociable team where your contributions are recognised, and your development is actively supported. The Role You'll be joining a team of 5 engineers, working across a variety of development projects from concept design through to construction support. Your responsibilities will include: Drainage design Highways design (S278 & S38) Earthworks modelling Pavement design Supporting project delivery across multiple sectors Requirements Experience in civil infrastructure design (roads and drainage) Familiarity with relevant software such as: AutoCAD MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage / Causeway Flow Civil 3D / Site3D / PDS Full UK Driving Licence (or reliable transport for regular office attendance) Benefits Discretionary Christmas bonus 25 days annual leave Company pension scheme Hybrid working Regular CPDs and career development support Cycle to work scheme Regular social events Modern, collaborative working environment Interested?
