Civil Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in diverse environments. With a growing client base and a wide range of projects, this position offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge in civil engineering and land surveying.

• Set out, check, and complete CQA for various projects including housing, roads, deep drainage, earthworks, and RC frames.
• Work closely with contract managers, project managers, site managers, foremen, and site operatives to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Utilise Topcon equipment, including Robotic Total Stations and Hyper V GPS units, to perform accurate land surveying and setting out tasks.
• Travel to different sites as required, with occasional overnight stays (hotel accommodation provided); no night shifts involved.
• Engage in continuous learning and application of new techniques across various civil engineering disciplines.

• Postgraduate degree or completed HND/HNC in civil engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in civil engineering and/or house building.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of LSS is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Fully computer literate and capable of adapting to various technological tools.
