We are looking for an Engineer to join a multi-award-winning developer, working closely with other Engineers and the Technical Director. They are a highly regarded business with offices across the UK and a strong pipeline of developments across their regions.

We are looking for someone with experience developing road and sewer designs within a consultancy or developer, using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage and/or PDS. We ideally require someone with extensive knowledge of Section 38, 104 and 278 agreements.

Day to day duties include:

• Preparing/Co-ordinating detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs.
• Preparing/Co-ordinating external levels drawings and private drainage drawings.
• Assembling and delivering the civil engineering package.
• Obtaining Section 38 and Section 104 approvals.
• Obtaining foundation design approvals.
• Completing Section 38 and Section 104 agreements.
• Discharging engineering related and building related issues.
• Arranging for Section 38 and Section 104 maintenance inspections and bond releases.

This is a hybrid role of design and coordination, with full development and coaching in any areas you may presently lack awareness of.

In return:

Salary £40,000 - £55,000
