Are you a Civil Engineer with a background in Drainage looking for an autonomous role utilizing your technical skills as you work on a range of exciting projects, progressing your career with the potential to move right up to directorship?

This company established themselves in 2004, and have since seen excellent growth, now with 50+ employees. They offer engineering solutions including drainage strategies, flood risk management as well as transport planning to a range of public and private clients. Due to their continued expansion they are looking to add a Civil Engineer to their team.

On offer is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 from home, where you have the chance to work within a tight knit team. You will be responsible for producing reports, assessments, with the opportunity to expand your design skills and produce drawings, liaising with clients and internal teams.

This role would suit a Civil Engineer looking for an autonomous role within a company dedicated to sustainable growth, putting their employees progression at the forefront and offering excellent progression.

The Role:

• Utilize your technical skillset as you lead the execution of engineering projects.
• Conducting Flood Risk Assessments and formulating Drainage Strategies.
• Opportunity to expand your skillset, with training provided on design work (AutoCAD).
• Hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 days from home).

The Person:

• Civil Engineer or similar.
• Experience in Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
• Commutable to Guildford.
