About the Role

As a Civil Engineer, you’ll work across a wide variety of infrastructure projects — from commercial sites and residential developments to healthcare, conservation, and even sports pitches. You’ll be hands-on with design, lead on delivery, and build relationships with clients and consultants alike. You’ll also have the chance to mentor junior team members and push towards your IEng or CEng status with full support.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed designs for drainage, highways, and infrastructure
• Manage projects from early concept to completion
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants
• Mentor and support apprentices and graduates
• Collaborate across offices and disciplines
