Job Description - Civil Litigation Barrister

Service care solutions are currently working alongside a well-known Law firm, based in Greater Manchester, which is seeking a Civil Litigation Barrister to join their team.

Right candidate needs to have Personal Injury or Employers liability experience

This role pays a competitive salary of £60,000 annum.

Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Barrister:

You will be expected to represent claimants at trials across England and Wales and to undertake representation of the firm’s clients at CMCs/CCMCs.
Interim Hearings, IAHs, Stage 3 portal Hearings and other forms of advocacy in claimant PI litigation.
Majority of the work will be on fast-track cases, there are opportunities to be involved in multi-track litigation.

About you as a Civil Litigation Barrister:

Qualified Barrister with experience in Civil Litigation.
Experience in Personal Injury and Employers Liability.
Must be able to work independently and to a high standard, prioritising workloads
Good attention to detail.
