A well-established South Yorkshire practice is looking to appoint an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal. This is a rare opportunity to join a team handling a varied caseload, with the support and mentorship of a highly experienced Litigation Partner. The firm is open to more senior candidates who can hit the ground running.

You’ll be working on:

• Boundary disputes
• Company and commercial litigation
• Debt recovery
• Inquest representation
• Judicial review
• Landlord & tenant disputes
• Probate disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Property litigation
• TOLATA claims

Although this is a Dispute Resolution role, the practice also handles high-profile work across Family and Criminal Law, meaning occasional crossover work may be available.

What the firm is looking for:

• Proven experience in civil litigation — this is not a role for someone straight from university
• Confidence in managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• A motivated and ambitious attitude
• Strong advocacy and communication skills
• A professional manner when dealing with clients and third parties, including confidently handling debt recovery calls
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good IT and case management system competence
