Civil Litigation Paralegal

We're working with a respected and busy law firm based in Doncaster, seeking a confident Civil Litigation Paralegal to support their growing dispute resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your litigation experience in a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment.

The Role:

• 
  Managing and progressing a caseload of civil litigation matters (fast-track and multi-track)
• 
  Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and court forms
• 
  Preparing court bundles and managing key deadlines
• 
  Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
• 
  Assisting solicitors with case strategy and client communications

• 
  A degree in Law (LLB, LLM).
• 
  Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
• 
  Excellent communication and organisational skills
• 
  Ability to work independently and under pressure
• 
  Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems

•
