Job Description - Civil Litigation Solicitor 0-3 PQE

Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic and fast-paced team based in Manchester. This full-time role will see you handling a varied caseload of civil disputes, including property, contract, and professional negligence matters, with a blend of claimant and defendant work.

You’ll be joining a respected multi-disciplinary law firm with strong experience in legal expenses insurance claims, supported by the backing of a global Fortune 500 company.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

0–3 years PQE in civil or commercial litigation
Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
Experience managing your own caseload under supervision
Exposure to legal expenses insurance claims is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven time management and organisational ability
Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
